Girl Actors: Drama Program

Vampire enthusiasts will love this production. A melodramatic retelling of the story of the real “Count Dracula” as told by one of his victims, Mina. Set in the 70’s this tale has it all, a disco loving vampire, an exotic setting, a heroic doctor, and of course, Lucy, the Count’s beloved. This program is designed to satisfy the demands of both the novice and the veteran actor in a creative and safe atmosphere. Emphasis will be placed on imagination, process and the acquisition of theatre skills: movement, teamwork, speech, stage presence, improvisation and character building as well as play development. Actors will also design their set, props as well as manage the production. Each day promises to be high energy and challenging. On the last day of camp students will perform their play.
